30.01.2012 Oerlikon Neumag launches the BCF machine S+ for Polyester at Domotex
At this year’s Domotex in Hannover Oerlikon Neumag presents the carpet yarn machine S+ for polyester. Looking back at 2011 the S+ was Oerlikon Neumag’s most successful machine covering 85% of the sold BCF polypropylene capacity. With the launch of S+ for polyester, which is said to be the upcoming polymer for carpets, the portfolio of Oerlikon Neumag BCF is extended by another state of the art version.

01.03.2011 Wanjie Group from China concludes major order with Oerlikon Neumag
During the visit of the vice prime minister of China,
Li Keqiang to Berlin, Germany, on January 7th 2011, the company Wanjie Group signed a major order with Oerlikon Neumag for the supply of machines and plants for the production of polyester staple fibers in the presence of Germany’s foreign minister Mr. Guido Westerwelle.

16.11.2010 Oerlikon Neumag sold 300 tons per day line to Taiwan
On the occasion of CINTE Techtextil Shanghai 2010 textile machinery manufacturer Oerlikon Neumag announced that they have received an order for a synthetic staple fiber plant with a capacity of 300 tons per day in May 2010.

Shortly prior to this year's most important textile machinery exhibition ─ the ITMA Asia in Shanghai ─, Oerlikon Neumag is looking back on a successful business in the BCF carpet yarn lines sector. Since the end of last year, the entire textile machinery sector has been experiencing a strong upswing. In the first months of 2010, Oerlikon Neumag was able to conclude more than 20 orders with leading carpet producers all over the world. More than half of the capacities relate to production lines for polyester yarns - a development that is unrivalled in history.
