Autefa’s new continuous horizontal baler CB 400 / CB 750 with fully automatic strapping device is designed for compression of large material capacities with low labour and maintenance costs.
Outstanding advantages of the new continuous horizontal baler are the automatic strapping device, which guarantees ideal bale dimensions for optimal container loading, as well as the constant bale size. Strapping is carried out close to the bale resulting in a well-shaped and tight bale suitable for easy handling and storage. The fully automatic strapping system offers highest reliability combined with substantial reduction in labour costs. Due to its state-of-the-art design infiltration of dust in the system is minimised thus providing strongly reduced maintenance efforts. Furthermore, the optimised regulation of the hydraulic unit ensures low power consumption and a severe reduction in waste heat.
