Dragon Multitrave

The new generation of roller cards with hexahedral modular structure can be manufactured in 2000, 2500, 3000 or 3500 mm working width and can process wool, precious fibers or synthetic fibers, virgin and/or regenerated, 100% and/or blended. The range of worsted yarns varies from Nm 5 up to Nm 120, according to the kind of processing.

The carding machine can be manufactured in four different configurations according to the requested application:

1. Single card with single or double delivery doffer: suitable to process wool containing a small percentage of vegetable matter, alpaca, mohair, cashmere and silk.
2. Double card with single or double delivery doffer: suitable to process wool containing a high percentage of vegetable matter (even higher than 12%).
3. Single card with pre-carder breast and one delivery doffer: suitable to process silk.
4. Single card with double delivery doffer: suitable to process synthetic fibers (Acrylic, Polyester, Nylon, etc.) and wool without vegetable matters.
