Turbocard
The Turbocard is used for the production of very even slivers for Open End spinning, friction spinning and pile fabrics and for the production of webs for medical use. Turbocard opens, cleans, blends and parallelizes short and medium length fibers, new and/or regenerated.
The different configurations – according to the relevant applications – consist of:
- Single card with one carding swift
- Double card with two carding swifts
- Multiple card line with one preparation card and one or two finisher cards.
Sliver collecting speed can change from 80 up to 300 m/min according to the products.
