S3 - The Direct Way to BCF Production

The S3 is a reliable, trouble-free and highly productive turnkey plant offering customers an easy entry into the carpet yarn production sector as well as giving a straightforward solution for the modernisation of existing production capacities. The S3 is a plant specially designed for the production of monocolour polypropylene and PA6 carpet yarns. The electrically heated spinning beam, the proven yarn path and Oerlikon Neumag’s Friction texturing system stand for a reliable production of high quality BCF yarns.

The plant is also available in a PP/PA6 version for enhanced flexibility. A reliable and high yarn production with a minimum of downtimes is achieved by Neumag’s well proven three yarn ends per position technology, supported by the state-of-the-art wing traversing Witras 2 winders.
