S5 - High-End BCF Production System

With the S5 our customers reach the next stage of BCF yarn quality on high production levels. The strict modularisation of the S5 makes the plant adaptable to the needs of the individual customer. From the standard machine up to the top model, the customer can choose modules from one and the same construction system. All process modules match each other so that the customer does not have to make any compromises in any respect. This results in maximum flexibility for creation of the BCF process.

It also ensures that investments are made alone in project-relevant features. If new process requirements arise during the life cycle of the plant, the modular design and standardised interfaces help the plant adapt to the new demands.
