Oerlikon Neumag provides complete carding lines, starting from the bale opening up to finished product on a one-stop shopping basis. All process steps basis on well known and worldwide approved technologies which are integrated to overall solutions. Opening, blending and carding processes, based on the FOR technology, are provided by Neumag Italy, Crosslapping technology by Autefa and also various bonding technologies such as Fehrer Needle Punching technology or spunlacing and thermobonding technologies are available.
Due to Oerlikon Neumags expertise in the synthetic staple fiber technology all carding lines can be supplemented by Oerlikon Neumag staple fiber production plants – for a total solution from a polymer chip to ready made roll good. Oerlikon Neumag comprises beside the complete equipment comprehensive engineering services, start-up and production support, not to mention guarantees for quality and capacity.
All systems are based on a modular design, which allows the selection of individual elements to suit customer requirements. Depending on the machine configuration, Oerlikon Neumag carding technology can be employed for the production of nonwovens from all kind of manmade fibers like PES, PP, viscose, bicomponents or other specialities, as well as natural fibers such as cotton, wool, flax, hemp, sisal, jute, etc. with fiber fineness of up to 200 dtex and staple lengths of up to 120 mm.
