M&J Airlaid Technology

Airlaid products by M&J are characterised by the formation of fibrous webs using air as the transport medium from the raw material preparation to the web forming systems, and also for the actual web forming process. Fibrous and powder material can be combined to produce single or multiple layer products, where each layer is specifically engineered for its application in the web, such as acquisition, distribution and absorption layers.

The M&J Airlaid Technology ensures maximum flexibility and constant product quality. The core of this technology is the patented Fiber Forming System that enables the production of wide width webs based either on 100% pulp fibers or homogeneous mixtures of different fibers and powders.
